The AI Coach Process:
Continue your quarterly journey, building your confidence as you go.
Working through Quarter 3 (Q3), you will:
- Pinpoint where you're stuck and why.
- Run monthly 'confidence experiments'.
- Build resilience and discover hidden strengths.
READ BEFORE SET UP:
1. Use the prompts, they are there to help.
To start using your Q3 coach, use the provided prompt. When you click on the Q3 coach, you will see the prompt 'Let's get started on Quarter 3 (Q3) of my coaching journey'.
2. Keep it in your side bar for easy access.
Pin the Q2 Coach in your sidebar so it is always visible by clicking on the 'keep in sidebar' option.
3. Save your progress!
Remember to rename the chat as “My Coaching Journey – Q3” so it’s easy to find later. This wil help you keep track of your progress.
4. Adding your summaries into the next coach.
After each quarter (3 months) you will be prompted on to the next quarter. You can access the Q4 AI coach by clicking on the 'BEGIN WITH YOUR Q4 COACH HERE!' link at the bottom of the page.
5. You set the pace.
Ideally, spend 2–4 weeks between each check in. Your AI Coach will remind you to slow down if you try to rush — this ensures your growth is steady, not sprinted.
6. Keep it safe.
Please avoid uploading personal files (such as psychometrics or HR data) — summaries are sufficient.
