READ BEFORE SET UP:
1. Accessing your Q1 - Q4 AI Coach.
Please make sure to click all of the Q1-Q4 coaches today to gain access. This step guarantees full access, allowing you to work at your own pace over the next 12 months.
2. Move one quarter at a time.
Each Quarter, the AI coach builds on the last — don’t jump ahead. Finish Q1 before starting Q2, and so on. Your AI coach will prompt you for the data from your previous chat at the outset of each quarter.
3. Use the prompts, they are there to help.
Use the provided prompt to get you started for each Quarter. For example, when you click on the Q1 coach, you will see the prompt 'Help me get started on Q1 of my coaching journey'.
4. Keep it in your side bar for easy access.
Pin each Q1-Q4 Coach in your sidebar so they are always visible by clicking on the 'keep in sidebar' option.
5. Add your summaries into the next coach.
After each Quarter (3 months), you can move on to the next Quarter. When you are ready, you can paste your previous chat link into a new chat or type '@Q2 Coach' etc. in the chat you are in to move on. This is how your AI coach keeps context.
6. Save your progress!
Remember to rename the chat as “My Coaching Journey – Q1”, etc. so it’s easy to find later. This wil help you keep track over the next 12 months.
7. You set the pace.
Ideally, take 2–4 weeks between each check-in. Your AI Coach will remind you to slow down if you try to rush — this ensures your growth is steady, not sprinted.
8. Keep it safe.
Please avoid uploading personal files (such as psychometrics or HR data) — summaries are sufficient.
The AI Coach Process:
Your journey unfolds one Quarter at a time, building reflection, accountability, & momentum.
Your journey begins with your Q1 AI Coach, who will help you define your North Star.
After three months, your Q2 AI Coach will assist you in transforming that vision into concrete goals.
By the six-month mark, your Q3 AI Coach will help you work through any resistance you may encounter and strengthen your mindset.
In the final three months of your journey, your Q4 AI Coach will encourage you to reflect on and celebrate your achievements.
At each stage, your AI coach will remind you to move on after 3 months, just in case you lose track!
